What if I’m not happy?

You come first in this salon so if you’re not happy, we want to fix it. You just have to drop into the salon so we can take a look. We’ll do our best to make everything right, but please note - this needs to happen within 7 days.

Do I need to book ahead?

We’re a busy salon and we don’t want to disappoint you. We’ll do our best to fit you in at any time, but please book ahead if you can.

Why does your price list say ‘from’?

Everyone is unique and we want to make sure that we’re doing the right thing by you and your hair. Make sure you ask us for a quote and check out our ‘complimentary consultation’ offer above.
